Fillmore Riley LLP advises Richardson International in its acquisition of assets from Glencore-owned Viterra Inc.
- On April 30th, Richardson International Limited closed on its acquisition of a significant number of assets from Viterra Inc. pursuant to an agreement reached with Glencore International in March 2012. Richardson International acquired 19 country elevators and 13 crop input centres co-located with those elevators formerly owned and operated by Viterra Inc.
